I updated the official website for the We Do Listen Foundation to resolve some issues with display of images on the "Other Stuff" page, revamp how the information on that page is displayed, and change the home page and navigation menu. I also familiarized myself with the full tech stack in anticipation of future work with the site as part of ongoing contract work with the foundation.

I have contributed to several different projects relating to programming, reasoning, and mathematics. Each task consists of either writing a realistic prompt or reviewing a pre-filled one to ensure it meets quality standards, reviewing model output from either one or two large language models (LLMs) and grading them for accuracy, usefulness, and instruction following, and then writing the ideal response to the prompt whenever the model(s) did not provide one.

I have been working primarily under Dr. Rajendra Boppana to research novel DDoS mitigation techniques by incorporating machine learning. My research has led to the publication of two peer-reviewed research papers with a third pending. Developed supplemental materials for two courses. I have also supported three courses as Teaching Assistant (Steganography, Introduction to Cyber Security, and Computer Programming in C), and developed teaching labs for Introduction to Cyber Security.

I provided rapid response on-site technical support. On average, I was able to set up newly purchased hardware three days faster than their primary IT service contractors. One of my first tasks was resolving long-standing critical issues with two desktop computers and a printer vital for processing patient charts and doctors' orders, restoring full functionality and improving documentation processes by an average of twenty minutes per patient, as well as an additional desktop computer and printer that were used elsewhere in the facility.

I developed three educational games for the CyberPatriot ESCEI program, constructed special targets for Panoply and NCCDC 2015 as well as supplemental materials for NCCDC 2015 and 2016. I created materials for two executive-level cyber security courses for small and mid-size businesses. I helped create the educational trading card game Cyber Threat Defender (CTD), including developing the core CTD card design and most of the original cards. I also developed and managed the official websites of The Center for Infrastructure Assurance and Security (CIAS) and The National Cybersecurity Preparedness Consortium (NCPC).
